What is the "JK7® Soho Private Stay" ?

The “JK7® Soho Private Stay” refers to the exclusive rental of our entire estate in the South of Austria, which is named “Soho” (or JK7® Soho House). When you book this, you are not just booking a room; you are renting the entire property (suites, spa, pool, and grounds) for yourself and your private group (up to 8 guests). It functions like a fully staffed private luxury residence.

The retreat is located on the Saualpen Mountain range, surrounded by 34 hectares of pristine forests and meadows, offering complete seclusion. It belongs to the small town Griffen, in the district of Völkermarkt in the federal state of Carinthia (Kärnten), Austria.

Yes. Unlike our group retreats which are often adults-only, the Private Stay is family-friendly. Since you have the estate to yourself, children of all ages are welcome. We can arrange specific activities or meal plans for younger guests upon request.
