Reservation:
We recommend you to make your bookings for overnight Private Retreat Stays and Private Day Retreats early. At least 2 weeks in advance please. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, to hold all reservations. Please provide important and pertinent information about any current health concerns and/or health history, such as allergies, food intolerances, pregnancy, high blood- pressure etc. This information ensures an optimum experience.
Overnight Private Retreat Stay Cancellation Policies
If you notify us at least 60 days prior to the date of your reservation, you will have to pay a one-time fee of 200 Euro. However if the cancellation takes place at a later time, you will be charged 100% of the price.
Private Day Retreat Cancellation Policies
If you are unable to attend your scheduled Day Spa appointment, kindly notify us at least 48 hours prior to the date of your reservation, otherwise you will be charged 100% of the Day Spa amount.
